OVER Giveaway! YouTube - MiniDisc Giveaway #2 - Kenwood DMC-S55 Complete Set!

This is OVER - I've attempted to contact the winner and if there's no response in 72 hours, I will have to choose another (well, Rafflecopter will).

For the second giveway (completely free to enter!), use the Rafflecopter widget below to enter between December 10th and December 16th midnight US Pacific time. a Rafflecopter giveaway

Up for grabs will be a nice Kenwood DMC-S55 set that was featured in one of my videos. This set will include the speaker/charging dock, AC adapter, remote, and MiniDisc player!

I love these sets and have a few keepers, so I'm giving this one away! You can easily dock and play music (the speakers are OK... don't expect bass from them) easily by dropping the player into the cradle. Additionally, you can do that in real-time - go directly from listening to your headphones or the speakers!

The remote is a great 2-line, backlit one and I like the fun sound of these Kenwood units.

If you're not in a region that uses 100v, please get the proper adapter/transformer (US users can use the one here). Though it can run on US 110/120v, I've heard some cracks/pops from the speaker, so I decided not to do that anymore.

This is my personal giveaway and is not associated nor affiliated with Google/YouTube!

Please see official rules, here! Privacy policy is included here also - I don't need/want your info outside of getting this device to you!

To enter, just use your email (I don't use Facebook so I don't know where those entries will go...) and I'll use Rafflecopter to pick a winner after midnight, December 16th!

I'll reach out to the winner via their email that they used to enter and ship them the device/set! Winners are responsible for any customs or duties!

Again, see official rules for details.

For all MiniDisc lovers, let's have fun with this so I can continue to have more giveaways!

Please see official rules, here!

Thank you all! Long live MiniDiscs!

Recertifying your CCIE for less than $600 (or less than $800)! Updated 2023

This is a 2023 update to my previous post about using Cisco Continuing Education (CE) credits to recertify your CCIE. Let's cut to the chase: You need/want to recertify your CCIE without taking an exam and you need to do it as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Thanks to Cisco's Continuing Education program, you've had the option earn CE credits for years, but sorting through courses to find the best use of your time and money wasn't the easiest. Since it's time for me to recertify, I've had to dig into it a bit more and I hope this updated information helps you, too! Can I expense this? Probably! If you're working at a company that requires/benefits from your certifications and ongoing training, you should be able to expense your training courses! Step 1 - Determine your status Go to https://ce.cisco.com and login with your credentials to view your Dashboard of current certifications and training items you have taken in the past.  Mine looks like th...

YouTube MiniDisc Repair - New Sony MZ-RH1 OLEDs - New Revision E for Easier Installation!

Every subscription helps fund more giveaways and content! If you haven't already subscribed, please consider helping support the channel by clicking the YouTube button - THANK YOU!! If you saw my previous post and video about the new replacements for the Sony MZ-RH1's dead OLEDs, well there's a great new update! Sir68k has done it again with a new, slimmer revision that's easier to install due to longer cable lengths, an extra flex cable, and less modifications. I won't write a long post because Sir68k and other members of the MD community have contributed to a great write up with clear photos of the installation which can complement this video. Sir68k's installation guide As always, thanks for watching!
